Lower your student to teacher ratio. Offer competitive pay to your teachers so that they stay long term. Hire more energetic/enthusiastic teachers not just bodies to have in the classroom "monitoring" students. Provide daily student updates versus weekly student updates.

Just more communication, it’s been better but my daughter is in the enrichment classes and there is zero communication. I didn’t even get a notice my daughter was in them or they were starting. She is super happy with her teachers and classes which I’m very thankful for.

I like the lower teacher to student ratios and the additional classes ie music, art, Spanish, PE that public doesn’t offer

The curriculum, staff members, learning enrichment opportunities and after school care are great. However, if the tuition continues to rise it will result in more and more families leaving. The facilities themselves (are beautiful) but are starting to be dated (classroom furniture and leaking roofs, etc).

Need to improve security on campus. Also need to hire a Preschool Director who is qualified and won’t resign within months of being hired. Entrusting your little ones to a school without a permanent preschool director is hard. This is a huge problem.

Excellent school! My son loved this school the teachers, staff, all the programs at school and after school, and summer camp. The best fun experience ever! He is always looking forward to it! Thanks to the principal Mrs Aguilar , she is so wonderful, caring, and on top of everything at school. Definitely a place for your little ones to grow up and learn.
