About Our Infant and Toddler Daycare Program
We know it takes trust to leave your baby in someone else's care, so we have designed our infant and toddler program to give your little one a tender, loving place where they feel safe and encouraged to discover the world around them. Here at Phoenix Ranch School, your little one is welcomed with warmth and comfort and will get the gentle support that helps them settle in and feel truly at home.
Our Infant and Toddler programs are guided by the gentle understanding that early childhood education helps little ones build social skills and healthy brain development. This idea is beautifully expressed in the words of Friedrich Fröebel, the founder of kindergarten, who said, "Play is the highest expression of human development in childhood." Through sensory play, warm interactions, and soft exploration, your little one will learn in a way that feels natural, comforting, and perfectly aligned with their developmental milestones.

Would love a centralized place to find information for the school. It is great to receive regular emails, but then I end up searching through my inbox trying to use the right keywords to find a specific email as opposed to being able to go to a website or log into Procare and finding like calendar updates for example. I've mentioned in the past having events added to the Procare App calendar and sometimes it is utilized and other times not. I wonder if Procare could be utilized more as an asset than it currently is. Or there are times when it is used, but not as helpful like this summer I've been getting updates in my chat about field trips arriving and returning safely for the Big Camp side even though both my kids are on the Little Camp side and staying on campus. Is there someone at Endeavor who can help with that perhaps?

I’m BEYOND thrilled to see the new leadership Ms. Curtis brings to our school. My hope is that she can really bring the community feeling back between families and support our outstanding teachers in the way they deserve to be supported. My high recommendation would be solely based on staff. Our campus itself is in DESPERATE need of refreshment/repair. The actual school (the plumbing, sidewalks and play areas) is falling apart, areas have been unkept since Mr Juan was let go and my child regular says she sees cockroaches in her classroom. It is disappointing that we pay so much to have a school that is in such terrible condition.

Please be more upfront (kindly so) about what the school can support for neurodivergent kids. Over the past two years, two friends with suspected ADHD have been asked to leave for behavior. This could have been a smoother and more empathetic process with more transparency around the lack of expertise in this area and more support in referring to a school with a better support system for these families.
